Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Replacement or repaired products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Warranty Exclusions
This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues resulting from:
- Improper installation or wiring
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, or accidents
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Exposure to moisture, excessive heat, vibration, or environmental conditions beyond intended use
- Use with incompatible systems, sensors, or power sources
- Normal wear and tear
Active Gauges does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation under all conditions.
No Other Warranties
Except as expressly stated in this section, all products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active Gauges disclaims all other warranties,
whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability
and fitness for a particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Active Gauges shall not be liable for any indirect,
incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of use,
loss of data, loss of profits, or vehicle damage arising out of or related to the use or inability
to use our products.
In no event shall Active Gauges’ total liability exceed the amount paid by the customer
for the product giving rise to the claim.
Customer Responsibilities
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure compatibility of the product with their vehicle,
equipment, or application prior to purchase. Active Gauges is not responsible for damages
caused by incorrect selection, installation, or use of the product.
Professional installation is recommended for all electronic and vehicle-related products.
Warranty Claims
To initiate a warranty claim, you must contact us within the applicable warranty period
and provide proof of purchase and a description of the issue.
