We ship orders across the United States and are committed to getting your products to you quickly and safely.

1. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 5-7 business days after payment is received.  The longer time is due to every purchase being assembled to order.

• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout. Delivery estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days

Shipping times may vary based on location and carrier delays.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.

4. Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You can also email us at Active Gauges, and we’ll assist where possible.

6. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to customer error.
