• Custom or personalized items (unless they arrive damaged or defective)

3. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at Active Gauges with your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide return instructions and a return address. You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item, defective product).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:
